By using Estimator by KCOS you agree to these terms. Estimator is a standalone product and is not the full KCOS construction platform.
The service
Estimator provides tools to manage pricing libraries, create estimates, track margins, convert invoices, and view basic performance metrics. AI suggestions and advanced file parsing are provided when those features are enabled for your deployment and may not be available in every environment.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep access to that inbox for magic-link sign in. You are responsible for activity under your workspace.
Subscriptions
Access is provided through a monthly subscription tied to your workspace. Plan features and Stripe Price IDs are configured by the operator. You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade via the Stripe Customer Portal. Workspaces previously unlocked under a lifetime offer may remain grandfathered. See the Refund Policy for purchase remedies.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt to access other workspaces, reverse engineer payment controls, or upload unlawful content.

Estimates, AI rate suggestions, and calculations are tools to assist your judgment. You remain responsible for prices you quote customers.
