Privacy Policy

Estimator by KCOS (“Estimator”, “we”) is a standalone estimating product. This policy explains what we collect when you use the service.

Information we collect

• Account data — email address used for magic-link sign in (via our auth provider).
• Workspace data — company name, customers, estimates, invoices, payments you enter, and pricing library rates.
• Billing data — payment is processed by Stripe. We store entitlement timestamps and Stripe customer / checkout identifiers needed to unlock your workspace. We do not store full card numbers.
• Uploads — pricing files you upload (when cloud storage is enabled) are stored to process imports.
• Usage signals — coarse product funnel events (for example, checkout started) without estimate line-item contents.

How we use information

We use your data to provide Estimator, process subscription billing, improve reliability, and respond to support requests at support@kcos.app.

Sharing

We use subprocessors for hosting, authentication, payments, and optional AI / file storage (for example Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, and Cloudflare when configured). We do not sell your customer lists or estimate data.

Retention

Workspace data is retained while your account remains active. Contact support to request deletion of your workspace.
